elderberries, hawthorn berries, rosehips, wild cedar tips, nettle leaf, fennel seed, burdock root, peppermint leaf, plantain leaf, blackberry leaf, hawthorn leaf & flower, raspberry leaf, strawberry leaf, wild spruce tips, wild fir tips, sumac berries, goldenrod, dandelion leaf, anise seed
Brewing instructions:
Use 1 teaspoon of tea per cup (8 oz) of freshly boiling water, cover, & steep for 6-10 minutes to maximize medicinal qualities.

If I could give 6 stars for customer service, I would! I found this tea and thought it would be a great gift for a friend, but then realized I also wanted some for myself and asked if I could buy an extra empty bag to split it to keep some for myself. Magda was so sweet and not only added an extra bag free of charge, but also a sample of another tea! and a very sweet note that made me smile. Tea is delicious, cozying up to my first cup and already excited to try more flavors! :)
