Ingredients (all organic:)
linden leaf & flower, chamomile flowers, wild lettuce leaf, spearmint, california poppy, passionflower, lemon balm, orange peel, catnip, skullcap, hops, cardamom, cornflowers, lavender flowers, stevia leaf

Brewing instructions:
Use 1 teaspoon of tea per cup (8 oz) of freshly boiling water, cover, & steep for 6-10 minutes to maximize medicinal qualities.

Great quality of teas. I have used the sleep tea and it relaxes me so I can fall asleep fast. I am one who always tense, and always in pain with a bad back, neck and knees. This tisane is delicious! It's like a light apple cider with a goodly amount of rose tastefully rounded out by mint and lemon. The brew itself is a rich magenta & amber. The fragrance is very floral and the lavender really comes out on top. The overall effect was very calming & settling.
