Ingredients (all organic:)
echinacea purpurea root & herb, rosehips, elder berries, turmeric root, eleuthero root, ginger root, elder flowers, astralagus root, nettle, peppermint, cinnamon, licorice root, lemon balm, sage, lemon thyme, calendula flowers
Brewing instructions:
Use 1 teaspoon of tea per cup (8 oz) of freshly boiling water, cover, & steep for 10-15 minutes to maximize medicinal qualities. Take at the first sign of symptoms and drink often and consistently through the season for best results.
