Ingredients (all organic:)
hibiscus, rose hips, chamomile, elder flowers, passionflower, hawthorn leaf & flower, licorice root, rose petals, calendula, spearmint, lemongrass, red clover, butterfly pea flower, oatstraw, california poppy, linden leaf & flower, lavender blossoms, orange peel, lemon peel, cornflowers
Brewing instructions:
Use 1 teaspoon of tea per cup (8 oz) of freshly boiling water, cover, & steep for 10-15 minutes to maximize medicinal qualities. This tea is also delicious iced!
