damiana leaf, muira puama bark, hibiscus flowers, ginger root, licorice root, sarsaparilla root, shatavari root, epimedium leaf, cacao nibs, cinnamon, oatstraw, rose petals, ginkgo leaf, cardamom, orange peel, maca root, fenugreek
Brewing instructions:
Use 1 teaspoon of tea per cup (8 oz) of freshly boiling water, cover, & steep for 10-15 minutes to maximize medicinal qualities. This tea is also delicious iced!

Loved their teas! I think they use very high quality and effective ingredients. I ordered just this tea and it came with a smaller sampler pack as well of the Flower Garden Serenitea as well which I thought was very thoughtful ❤️ Highly recommend trying them out!!
