Ingredients (all organic:)
rooibos, ginger root, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, roasted chicory root, ashwagandha root, allspice, eleuthero root, astralagus root

Brewing instructions:
Use 1 teaspoon of tea per cup (8 oz) of freshly boiling water, cover, & steep for 10-15 minutes to maximize medicinal qualities.
Stir in some milk and honey for a deliciously hot and healthful cold-weather treat!
