PROCESSING TIME

I'm a super tiny micro-business, so the time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies, but most products and orders are shipped out within 2-4 business days. Some custom or personalized items may take a bit longer, such as custom tea blends or personalized gift baskets. SHIPPING TIME

Most orders ship via the USPS and arrive within 3 days being shipped out. All orders include tracking; you will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships - please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information and estimated delivery date to show up.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly upon checkout. If there is an error, contact us as soon as possible with the correct information. Unfortunately, once an order is shipped and out of our hands, we are unable to reroute or otherwise retrieve a package mailed to the shipping address provided, even if this address was entered in error. I am not liable for packages that are not received by the customer if they were sent to a wrong address due to customer error.

Once your order is in the hands of the USPS, it is unfortunately out of my control and I am not liable for any delivery delays or failures. However, delivery problems have thankfully been extremely rare, and I am always willing to help with tracking down a missing or delayed package.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please submit photos of the damage to mulberrycreektraditionals@gmail.com as soon as possible so that I can start the process of filing a claim for reimbursement with the USPS.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
