Ingredients (all organic:)
rooibos, elderberries, dried apple pieces, raisins, hibiscus flowers, peppermint
Brewing instructions:
Use 1 teaspoon of tea per cup (8 oz) of freshly boiling water, cover, & steep for 10-15 minutes to maximize medicinal qualities. This tea is also delicious iced!
