Ingredients (all organic:)
peppermint, spearmint, holy basil, nettle, astralagus root, elder berries, hawthorn berries, oatstraw, green rooibos, moringa leaf, hawthorn leaf & flower, burdock root, milk thistle seed, green apple pieces, butterfly pea flowers, cornflowers
Brewing instructions:
Use 1 teaspoon of tea per cup (8 oz) of freshly boiling water, cover, & steep for 10-15 minutes to maximize medicinal qualities. Tonic herbs work best when taken consistently over time, so drink daily for best results.
