Ingredients (all organic:)
rooibos, hawthorn berries, hawthorn leaf & flower, rose hips, strawberry leaf, lemon balm, hibiscus, clove, cinnamon, ginger, lemon verbena, motherwort, rose petals, rhodiola rosea root, cardamom, rosemary, orange peel, fennel seed

Brewing instructions:
Use 1 teaspoon of tea per cup (8 oz) of freshly boiling water, cover, & steep for 10-15 minutes to maximize medicinal qualities. This tea is also delicious iced!
