Ingredients (all organic:)
honeybush, elderberries, rosehips, wild cedar tips, dried chaga mushroom, fenugreek seed, clove, sumac berries

Brewing instructions:
Use 1 teaspoon of tea per cup (8 oz) of freshly boiling water, cover, & steep for 6-10 minutes to maximize medicinal qualities.
