cinnamon, yerba mate, eleuthero root, ginger root, sarsaparilla root, schisandra berries, gotu kola leaf, rosemary, ginkgo leaf, bacopa (brahmi) leaf, holy basil (krishna, rama, & vana tulsi), peppermint, lemon balm, orange peel, spearmint, oatstraw, sage
Brewing instructions:
Use 1 teaspoon of tea per cup (8 oz) of freshly boiling water, cover, & steep for 10-15 minutes to maximize medicinal qualities.
