Ingredients (all organic:)
honeybush, cinnamon, roasted chicory root, cloves, dried apple, dried pumpkin, cardamom, allspice

Brewing instructions:
Use 1 teaspoon of tea per cup (8 oz) of freshly boiling water, cover, & steep for 6-10 minutes to maximize medicinal qualities.
(Yum! Try this blend sweetened with maple syrup or honey for a hot & healthful sweet fall treat!)
