Tummy Tonic - a soothing, licorice-free organic herbal tea blend for IBS, gastritis, inflamed guts, & angry tummies
(Caffeine-free | Loose-leaf)

Ingredients (all organic:)
marshmallow root, peppermint, chamomile flowers, lemon balm, slippery elm bark, plantain leaf, calendula flowers, fennel seed, anise seed

Brewing instructions:
Use 1 teaspoon of tea per cup (8 oz) of freshly boiling water, cover, & steep for 10-15 minutes to maximize medicinal qualities. Take at the first sign of an upset stomach and drink 10 minutes before eating during a flare-up.
