Ingredients (all organic:)
green rooibos, rose hips, hibiscus flowers, lemongrass, orange peel, holy basil, licorice root, eleuthero root, spearmint, strawberry leaf, sumac berries, cloves, grapefruit peel, lemon peel, rhodiola root, calendula flowers
Brewing instructions:
Use 1 teaspoon of tea per cup (8 oz) of freshly boiling water, cover, & steep for 6-10 minutes to maximize medicinal qualities.
