Golden milk is an ancient Ayurvedic drink that's known primarily for its anti-inflammatory properties, but it has a whole host of health benefits. Traditionally made with hot milk and fresh turmeric, sometimes spiced with ginger and cardamom and typically sweetened with honey, it's a warming all-purpose tonic that's delicious and soothing, especially before bed. Our version is powdered for ease of use and a longer shelf life, and combines powdered organic turmeric, spices, and herbs with coconut milk for added body and richness. Because we wanted to create the most potent product we could, we leave the sweeteners up to you!

It's super easy to prepare! Simply stir 1 teaspoon into a cup (8 oz) of hot milk, whisk well (we recommend using an electric milk frother for best results!), sweeten to taste, and savor mindfully.
